I found this weird document, which contains this weird code to mentally reduce pain. I tried it and it actually worked so give it a go if you are struggling with pains.
The number “55515” refers to a mental “pain code” originating from the Monroe Institute’s Gateway Process, a consciousness program detailed in declassified CIA Gateway Intermediate Workbook. It is used as a mental anchor to help reduce physical discomfort or pain signals.
How to use the code
- Focus: Close your eyes and direct your attention to the specific area where you feel physical pain or discomfort.
- Breathe: Take slow, deep breaths, visualizing the pain leaving your body on the exhale.
- Repeat: Silently or out loud, repeat the number sequence “5-5-5-1-5” to yourself while maintaining focus on the sensation. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Note: While many practitioners of the Gateway Experience and Monroe Institute techniques report positive results using this number sequence for minor pain and tension, it is a mental and meditative exercise, not a medically verified replacement for treating injury or illness.
