VANCOUVER, BC – Magnus Olsson, director of the European Coalition against Covert Harassment (EUCACH.ORG), revealed today in a NewsInsideOut.com interview that EUCACH Board of Directors member, former Chief Medical Officer of Finland and author Rauni Kilde MD was radiated by remote frequency, directed energy weapons (DEW) for four days shortly before her suspicious death on Feb. 8, 2015.

In a weakened condition after the remote frequency weapons assault, Dr. Kilde called for an ambulance, was refused admittance to the hospital of her choice, and then taken to a hospital where the admitting physician prescribed her two heavy doses of morphine after Dr. Kilde told the physician she was allergic to morphine.

Within days, Dr. Rauni Kilde was dead, probably assassinated.

In an Oct. 30, 2014 interview Melanie Vritschan, public relations director of EUCACH, stated, “We have evidence now that NSA is behind the Transhumanist Agenda to implant and robotize humanity.” Ms. Vritschan was referring to the overall control of the advanced remote directed energy weapons, and remote neural control weapons of the category that apparently may have assassinated Dr. Rauni Kilde.

EUCACH director Magnus Olsson indicated that Dr. Kilde was active in making public the secret weapons and networks of the Transhumanist Agenda to her powerful connections in the EU Parliament and the EU Commission, part of the effectiveness she enjoyed as a former Cabinet level Chief Medical officer of Finland. According to Mr. Olsson, Dr. Kilde had recently stated that she completed a series of particularly effective meetings with officials in the EU on measures to control remote neural and energy weapons for robotizing and mind controlling humans.

In addition, there is speculation that her forthcoming new book may also have been a motive for the apparent assassination. Dr. Kilde had spoken widely of her forthcoming new book exposing the secret weapons and plans to neutrally control humanity. Magnus Olsson indicated that EUCACH.ORG is now talking steps to save Dr. Kilde’s book and continue with publication

It was sad news yesterday when I heard, that this lovely and warm woman has past away. She made an influence to me, rest in peace Rauni.

Rauni-Leena Luukanen-Kilde (15 November 1939 – 8 February 2015) was a Finnish physician who wrote and lectured on parapsychology, ufology and mind control.

Luukanen-Kilde was born in Värtsilä. She had to flee with her family in infancy during the Second World War and was raised in Helsinki.[1] She studied medicine at the universities of Oulu and Turku, graduating in 1967.[2] She was at one point the only medical practitioner at the hospital in Pelkosenniemi, performing dental and veterinary work as well.[3] In March 1975, she became a provincial medical officer in Rovaniemi, Lapland;[1] she became chief medical officer for Lapland.[3][4]

In 1982, as Rauni-Leena Luukanen, she published Kuolemaa ei ole (There Is No Death).[5] She had been interested in the paranormal since she was a teenager, but her interest in UFOs may date to a 1985 car accident which led to her retirement. She appeared as a featured speaker at UFO conferences, helped organize the first international conference on extraterrestrials in Finland[6] and authored books about UFOs, alien abductions, mind control and conspiracy theories. Luukanen-Kilde claimed to have been “rescued” from danger by extraterrestrials, and to have esoteric skills and knowledge as a result of her relationship with them.[7] She said that there was a secret exchange program between humans and aliens that was being deliberately suppressed by “powerful Western governments”, particularly the United States.[1] Luukanen-Kilde also said that secret military and intelligence agencies were practising mind control technology on the world population using cell phones and supercomputers and that a plot to kill most of the Earth’s population using the swine flu vaccine was being carried out by the WHO, Henry Kissinger and the Bilderberg Group.[8] Her article on cybernetic implants as a means of control is widely circulated.[2][9] She appears in the 1999 film Revelations: The End Times, Volume 2.

Luukanen-Kilde moved to Norway in 1992;[10] she married a Norwegian diplomat in 1987.[1] She died in Vaasa in February 2015 after a long illness, having returned to Finland shortly before.[2]
