I am the all American – prep school, Harvard College graduating with honors in computer science and a minor in premedical studies, and advanced degrees from Harvard and Dartmouth in business and science. My famous ancestors are President Lincoln, King Duncan of Scotland, and Governor William Bradford, the first governor of Massachusetts.My research interests have been neural networks, virtual reality, and EEG controlled robotics. Before graduate school I worked for the Department of Defense, Navy, NATO, and various intelligence agencies‟ computer science projects. I have developed telemedicine robotic surgery and virtual reality applications for the Army. For DARPA, I have worked on satellite computer vision target tracking applications and tank simulation as well as integration of the land, sea, and air surveillance systems like SOSSUS, towed arrays, and others. Projects that I have worked on outside of government contracts include my thesis on computer generated holography, a project making paralyzed people walk again using choreographed stimulated muscles movements, face recognition, voice identification and recognition, finger print recognition, and neural network robotic controller. My research interests moved to enhanced reality heads up displays and wearable computing systems. My current research involves finding a cure for the mind control directed energy weapons fiasco. The integrated global surveillance grid is actually part of the holy grail of weapons and human control systems.

I have great pride in the fundamental and constitutional values of America and me an no disrespect by my blasting the incompetence, apathy, and stupidity of those involved in the conspiracy of involuntary biological, chemical, and psychotronic human effects testing. There are so many brave men and women serving in the armed forces who fight and protect us for the American values they believe in. But because of the silos of information called compartmentalization in the security agencies and the lack of accountability and oversight of black operations and some top secret projects, diabolical elements become rogue or worse destroying the very country they are tasked with protecting turning it into a hypocracy rather than a democracy.
My goal is to awaken Americans to the continued horrific acts of military and CIA weapons testers in this country and the other branches of government‟s inability to stop them and hold them accountable. All I ask from the reader is to listen to testimony and validate facts presented here and come to their own conclusion. Then fight to win back America from this silent overthrow. This has been my project for about two years, investigating government corruption, incompetence, and cover-up upon which I accidentally stumbled one day while looking at a reverse MRI scheme to inject electromagnetic signals into the brain for virtual realityapplications.
I have interviewed over two hundred people and worked on the highest level of military projects for the U.S., NATO, and U.K. and have given videotaped testimony to senators and representatives on this topic resulting in lip service since they have no real power to enforce. Two high level FBI agents and a couple CIA agents have come forward to validate the existence of an MKULTRA-like project that continues to grab random people for mind control experimentation. Two of these have since become part of the program and endure daily psychotronic tortures. All the torture can be done using directed energy psychotronic weapons with the so called continental ballistic missile surveillance defense grids.
I apologize to the human race for any contribution to these 4th generation weapons that I may have worked on that are more horrific than the nuclear bomb and whose cover-up is more pervasive than the Manhattan Project. And because of the horrific acts of violence beingcommitted on as many as two thousand Americans as far as my research has uncovered and many others in other countries, I understand the extreme risk to my own welfare that publishing this material will have. But freedom is so important to me that I know full heartedly that the human race must have an open discussion on these weapons to decide their own fate before the point of decision is gone, that I am willing to risk divulging so called national secrets. The US has developed a type of weapon called the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). HAARP zaps the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. It is an advanced model of an “ionospheric heater.” (The ionosphere is the electrically-charged sphere surrounding Earth’s upper atmosphere. It ranges between 40 to 60 miles above the surface of the Earth.)
HAARP is a super-powerful radiowave-beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto earth and penetrate everything — living and dead.
The official HAARP website states that the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program is mainly an academic project with the goal of changing the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. However U.S. military documents put it more clearly — HAARP aims to “exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes.” Communicating with submarines is only one of those purposes.
The press releases by the US government insist that the HAARP project is no different than other ionospheric heaters operating safely throughout the world in places such as Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Tromso, Norway, and the former Soviet Union. However, a 1990 government document indicates that the radio-frequency (RF) power zap will drive the ionosphere to unnatural activities.
” … at the highest HF powers available in the West, the instabilities commonly studied are approaching their maximum RF energy dissipative capability, beyond which the plasma processes will ‘runaway’ until the next limiting factor is reached.”
If the military, in cooperation with the University of Alaska Fairbanks, can show that this new ground-based “Star Wars” technology is sound, they both win. The military has a relatively-inexpensive defense shield and the University can brag about the most dramatic geophysical manipulation since atmospheric explosions of nuclear bombs. After successful testing, they would have the military megaprojects of the future and huge markets for Alaska’s North Slope natural gas.
Looking at patents which built on the work of a Texas’ physicist named Bernard Eastlund, it becomes clear how the military intends to use the HAARP transmitter. It also makes governmental denials less believable. The military knows how it intends to use this technology, and has made it clear in their documents. The military has deliberately misled the public, through sophisticated word games, deceit and outright disinformation.
The military says the HAARP system could:
* Give the military a tool to replace the electromagnetic pulse effect of atmospheric thermonuclear devices – an atmospheric thermonuclear detonation would create an EMP effect and cause a wide area blackout.
* Replace the huge Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) submarine communication system operating in Michigan and Wisconsin with a new and more compact technology.
* Be used to replace the over-the-horizon radar system that was once planned for the current location of HAARP, with a more flexible and accurate system.
* Provide a way to wipe out communications over an extremely large area, while keeping the military’s own communications systems working – HAARP can now knock out communications and electrical grids anywhere in the World with pinpoint accuracy.
* Provide a wide area earth-penetrating tomography.
* Be a tool for geophysical probing to find oil, gas and mineral deposits over a large area. The United States used HAARP to reveal Afghanistan’s wealth of mineral deposits worth by US accounting to be over $1 trillion. The war-ravaged countryside of Afghanistan has been hiding nearly $1 trillion worth of minerals, the New York Times reported on June 14, 2010. A team of American geologists and Pentagon officials discovered the mineral deposits. The Pentagon is in charge of HAARP and they have a team of geologists who look over the HAARP data, not from Afghanistan but from the US.
* Be used to detect incoming low-level planes and cruise missiles, making other technologies obsolete.
The above abilities looks like a good idea to all who believe in sound national defense, and to those concerned about cost-cutting. However, the possible uses which the HAARP records do not explain, and which can only be found in Air Force, Army, Navy and other federal agency records, are alarming. Moreover, effects from the reckless mis-use of these power levels in our natural shield — the ionosphere — could be cataclysmic according to some scientists. Scientific data has already declared that such a weapon is responsible for the accelerated melting of the glaciers, responsible for record heatwave and droughts, as well as responsible for most of the hurricanes, monsoons, flooding, earthquakes and other more catastrophic events of the last two decade.
The HAARP United States Patent 4,686,605 states:
“Thus, this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth’s atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art, particularly by detonation of nuclear devices of various yields at various altitudes… ”

Some information about HAARP comes from documents and reports written by Zbigniew Brzezinski (former National Security Advisory to U.S. President Carter) and J.F. MacDonald (science advisor to U.S. President Johnson and a professor of Geophysics at UCLA). They wrote about the use of power-beaming transmitters for geophysical and environmental warfare. The documents showed how these effects might be caused, and the negative effects on human heath and thinking.
The following statement was made more than twenty-five years ago in a book by Brzezinski which he wrote while a professor at Columbia University:
“Political strategists are tempted to exploit research on the brain and human behavior. Geophysicist Gordon J.F. MacDonald, a specialist in problems of warfare, says accurately-timed, artificially-excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth … in this way one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period”
” … no matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages, to some, the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades.”
In 1966, MacDonald was a member of the President’s Science Advisory Committee and later a member of the President’s Council on Environmental Quality. He published papers on the use of environmental control technologies for military purposes. The most profound comment he made as a geophysicist was, “the key to geophysical warfare is the identification of environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy.”
As early as 1970, Zbigniew Brzezinski predicted a “more controlled and directed society” would gradually appear, linked to technology. This society would be dominated by an elite group which impresses voters by allegedly superior scientific know-how. The book “Angels Don’t Play This HAARP” further quotes Brzezinski:
“Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control. Technical and scientific momentum would then feed on the situation it exploits,” Brzezinski predicted.
In another document prepared by the government, the U.S. Air Force claims: “The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide-ranging and can be used in many military or quasi-military situations… Some of these potential uses include dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all of these cases the EM (electromagnetic) systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation. In addition, the ability of individuals to function could be degraded to such a point that they would be combat ineffective. Another advantage of electromagnetic systems is that they can provide coverage over large areas with a single system. They are silent and countermeasures to them may be difficult to develop… One last area where electromagnetic radiation may prove of some value is in enhancing abilities of individuals for anomalous phenomena.”
The United States Congressional record documents the use of HAARP for penetrating the earth with signals bounced off of the ionosphere. These signals are used to look inside the planet to a depth of many kilometers in order to locate underground munitions, minerals and tunnels. The U.S. Senate set aside $15 million dollars in 1996 (Clinton and Al Gore Administration) to develop this ability alone — earth-penetrating-tomography. The problem is that the frequency needed for earth-penetrating radiation is also within the frequency range most cited for disruption of human mental functions. It may also have profound effects on migration patterns of fish, birds, bees and wild animals which rely on an undisturbed energy field to find their routes.
As if electromagnetic pulses in the sky and mental disruption were not enough, the super-powerful ionospheric heater could control weather.
Government documents indicates that the US military already has weather-control technology. When HAARP was built to its full power level during the Clinton and Al Gore years, HAARP was able to create weather effects over entire hemispheres. One of the first projects for the new HAARP weapon was to cause the accelerated melting of the glaciers in order for the US to get at the vast deposits of oil and mineral deposits in Canada’s northern territories. Former vice-president Al Gore is in fact one of the men in the US government responsible for the Global Warming of the planet and his oversight of the development of HAARP has made him $millions. Al Gore and Bill Clinton were the ones who gave government funding for the development of HAARP, which they knew could be used to manipulate the weather, so they are responsible for creating the global warming crisis. HAARP is a what caused Global warming because in all of the patents and government documents it states that HAARP is a super-powerful ionospheric heater. What does a heater do? It heats things up. What happens when you heat the ionosphere? It causes the gases of the ionosphere to heat up which will cause the Globe to warm – Global warming effect. The United States’ experiments with Global weather patterns has impacted everyone else on the planet.
Elizabeth Rauscher, a Ph.D. with a long and impressive career in high-energy physics, and has been published in prestigious science journals and books, commented on HAARP. “You’re pumping tremendous energy into an extremely delicate molecular configuration that comprises these multi-layers we call the ionosphere. The ionosphere is prone to catalytic reactions,” she explained, “if a small part is changed, a major change in the ionosphere can happen.”
In describing the ionosphere as a delicately balanced system, Dr. Rauscher shared her mental picture of it – a soap-bubble-like sphere surrounding Earth’s atmosphere, with movements swirling over the surface of the bubble. If a big enough hole is punched through it, she predicts, it could pop.
Physicist Daniel Winter, Ph.D., of Waynesville, North Carolina, says, “HAARP high-frequency emissions can couple with longwave (extremely-low-frequency, or ELF) pulses the Earth grid uses to distribute information as vibrations to synchronize dances of life in the biosphere.” Dan terms this geomagnetic action ‘Earth’s information bloodstream’, and says it is likely that coupling of HAARP HF (high-frequency) with natural ELF can cause unplanned, unsuspected side effects.
David Yarrow of Albany, New York, is a researcher with a background in electronics. He described possible interactions of HAARP radiation with the ionosphere and Earth’s magnetic grid: “HAARP will not burn holes in the ionosphere. That is a dangerous understatement of what HAARP’s giant gigawatt beam will do. Earth is spinning relative to thin electric shells of the multilayer membrane of ion-o-spheres that absorb and shield Earth’s surface from intense solar radiation, including charged particle storms in solar winds erupting from the sun. Earth’s axial spin means that HAARP — in a burst lasting more than a few minutes — will slice through the ionosphere like a microwave knife. This produces not a hole but a long tear — an incision.”
The US military has had about twenty years to work on weather warfare methods, which it euphemistically calls weather modification. For example, rainmaking technology was taken for a few test rides in Vietnam. The U.S. Department of Defense sampled lightning and hurricane manipulation studies in Project Skyfire and Project Stormfury. And they looked at some complicated technologies that would give big effects. Angels Don’t Play This HAARP cites an expert who says the military studied both lasers and chemicals which they figured could damage the ozone layer over an enemy. Looking at ways to cause earthquakes, as well as to detect them, was part of the project named Prime Argus, decades ago. The money for that came from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA, now under the acronym ARPA.) In 1994 the Air Force revealed its Spacecast 2020 master plan which includes weather control. Military scientists have experimented with weather control since the 1940’s, but Spacecast 2020 noted that “using environmental modification techniques to destroy, damage or injure another state are prohibited.” Having said that, the Air Force claimed that advances in technology “compels a reexamination of this sensitive and potentially risky topic.”
As far back as 1958, the chief White House advisor on weather modification, Captain Howard T. Orville, said the U.S. defense department was studying “ways to manipulate the charges of the earth and sky and so affect the weather” by using an electronic beam to ionize or de-ionize the atmosphere over a given area.
In 1966, Professor Gordon J. F. MacDonald was associate director of the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics at the University of California, Los Angeles, was a member of the President’s Science Advisory Committee, and later a member of the President’s Council on Environmental Quality.
He published papers on the use of environmental-control technologies for military purposes. MacDonald made a revealing comment: “The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy. ” World-recognized scientist MacDonald had a number of ideas for using the environment as a weapon system and he contributed to what was, at the time, the dream of a futurist. When he wrote his chapter, “How To Wreck The Environment,” for the book Unless Peace Comes, he was not kidding around. In it he describes the use of weather manipulation, climate modification, polar ice cap melting or destabilization, ozone depletion techniques, earthquake engineering, ocean wave control and brain wave manipulation using the planet’s energy fields.
He also said that these types of weapons would be developed and, when used, would be virtually undetectable by their victims. HAARP is that weapon, The military’s intention to do environmental engineering is well documented, U.S. Congress’ subcommittee hearings on Oceans and International Environment looked into military weather and climate modification conducted in the early 1970’s. “What emerged was an awesome picture of far-ranging research and experimentation by the Department of Defense into ways environmental tampering could be used as a weapon,” said another author cited in Angles Don’t Play This HAARP.
HAARP zaps the ionosphere where it is relatively unstable. If the ionosphere is greatly disturbed, the atmosphere below is subsequently disturbed. Scientists have said that there is a super-powerful electrical connection between the ionosphere and the part of the atmosphere where our weather comes onstage, the lower atmosphere. A man made electrical effect — power line harmonic resonance — causes fallout of charged particles from the Van Allen (radiation) belts, and the falling ions cause ice crystals (which precipitate rain clouds). Changes in the earth’s electric field resulting from a solar flare modulating conductivity may have only a barely detectable effect on meteorology, but the situation may be different in regard to electric field changes caused by man made ionization… ”
Jean Demay, Defense Information Systems Agency’s technical manager for the agency’s Transnational Information Sharing Cooperation project, was at the headquarters of the U.S. Southern Command in Miami preparing for a test of the system in a scenario that involved providing relief to Haiti in the wake of a hurricane just 1 day prior to the Haiti magnitude 7 earthquake. Defined as a “Combat Support Agency”, DISA, which is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense (DoD), has a mandate to provide IT and telecommunications, systems, logistics services in support of the US military. After the earthquake hit on Tuesday, January 12 2010, Demay said SOUTHCOM went live with the system. This gives evidence that the Haiti earthquake occurred during a secret US military test.

Human beings cannot be programmed like robots, I had believed. But that was before the early 80’s when persons with multiple personality disorder began coming to me for psychotherapy. I observed that some of my clients had two distinct sets of alters: those they had created spontaneously to survive unspeakable acts against them and those who appeared to have been conditioned to serve specific functions for their perpetrators or perpetrator groups.
In the late 80’s, a client who had been processing her memories of satanic ritual abuse brought a journal to our session in which she noted writings by an alter personality who used computer jargon: access codes, systems, exit, entry, delete, input, output, sequences, etc. This client came to believe that her father, an ex-military man, and his buddies in the cult had somehow “programmed” her as a child to serve at their pleasure. Later she remembered hearing words, letters, numbers, rhymes, and sometimes classical music in the background when they were torturing her in various ways.
In 1992 at an MPD conference in Alexandria, Virginia, I first heard about the secret Cold War mind control experiments supposedly carried out by Nazi doctors who had been smuggled into the US after World War II to continue their concentration camp-type experiments. I realized that some of the memories reported by another one of my ritually abused clients were consistent with the types of programming used in the well-documented MKULTRA project. In 1973, at the instruction of then CIA Director Richard Helms, the bulk of these records were destroyed. In 1977, Senator Edward Kennedy called for a “public accounting of the abuses of the past.” His request has not been honored.
I don’t know if my first “programmed” client was used in government mind control experiments or not. Because of family circumstances she had to leave therapy before I had learned about the torture-based Cold War experiments.
In 1995, I learned that three courageous victims of mind control experiments had stood before the President’s Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments to tell the world about the horrors they had endured in the name of National Security. Giving explanation and support for these women was therapist Valerie Wolf whose speech is printed in the Media Packet I have given you. After that hearing, the Committee recommended that all records of the CIA bearing on programs of secret human research become a top priority for declassification review. After 13 years, there has been no declassification of related files or investigation of government-sponsored mind control experimentation on children.
In his book, Bluebird: Deliberate Creation of Multiple Personality by Psychiatrists, Ross (2000), writes: “The major goal of the Cold War mind control programs was to create dissociative symptoms and disorders, including full multiple personality disorder” (p. E). In line with what I had already observed in a few of my clients, Gould and Cozolino (1992) contend that ritual abuse survivors with multiple personality disorder may have personalities deliberately created by cults that have been programmed [a mind control term] to perform specific functions for the cult. Thus, victims could have had mind control tactics used on them even if they were not subjects in government-sponsored mind control experiments. Conversely, government-sponsored mind control subjects could have been ritually abused in experimental settings.
The title of my presentation indicates that torture-based mind control is a global phenomenon. Some of my colleagues have heard reports from their clients about mind control programming in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, France, Israel, Russia, Tibet, Afghanistan, India, Lebanon, Italy, China, Belgium, and Japan (personal communications, December 6, 2006).
The amount of data these surveys have generated is tremendous – over a half million cells of data coming off the webserver. Throughout this workshop I will be interjecting data that support information that the other presenters provide. Also in your handouts are some findings that I have already chosen as relevant to today’s discussion.
For those of you listening via CD, the handout titled, “Media Packet: Torture-based, Government-sponsored Mind Control Experimentation on Children” is already available at the EAS website. It includes a brief history of the government projects and the frequency of responses on related mind control questions by the 257 participants who answered “yes” to the question: “Secret government-sponsored mind control experiments were conducted on me as a child.”
The packet offers documentation that torture-based, government-sponsored mind control (GMC) experimentation was conducted on children during the Cold War. It provides data from the EAS and P-EAS that give voice, visibility, and validation to survivors of these crimes against humanity.
In the other handout I have provided some additional statistics related to mind control programming. As soon as possible, we will post on the EAS website (http://extreme-abuse-survey.net) a transcript of this presentation which includes these findings:

II. Results of the C-EAS suggest that formal mind control of children is more recent than one would like to believe.
When caregivers of children under 18 who had disclosed RA/MC were asked if the children had reported non-consensual mind control experimentation . . .

III. Not all therapists who have worked with clients who report MC actually believe that their clients were victims of mind control. Below are the responses to this item from the P-EAS:

IV. One of our findings is particularly relevant to the theory that government experimenters went to the already existing satanic covens to get some of their subjects – children who had already learned the lessons of dissociation.
Of the 257 EAS respondents who reported that secret mind control experiments were used on them as children, 69% or 177 reported abuse in a satanic cult.
Of the 543 EAS respondents who reported that they had been abused in a satanic cult, 33% or 179 reported being used in secret mind control experiments as children.
V. Regarding one of the most frequent programs that we hear about, the
“Don’t Talk, Don’t Tell” Programming
EAS 77% of adult survivors who responded to the related question had been threatened with death if they ever talked about the abuse.
P-EAS 93% of professionals who responded to the related question had worked with at least one survivor who had been threatened with death if he or she ever talked about the abuse.
C-EAS 80% of child caregivers who responded to the related question had heard a child say they had been threatened with death if he or she ever talked about the abuse.

Table 1 compares the frequencies of reported memories of respondents who are dealing with programs installed by perpetrators with the reported memories of respondents who are not dealing with those programs. They are ranked in order of degree of significance.
Table 2 compares the frequencies of possible aftereffects reported by the two groups also ranked in order of degree of significance.
In your handout is a much reduced copy of the poster that that I will hang at the Poster Session of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD) Conference in Chicago in November 2008. The poster is titled: “Healing Methods: Comparing Ratings by Trauma Survivors and Trauma Therapists.” This will be available for download at http://extreme-abuse-survey.net after the conference [click on Presentations].
969 extreme abuse survivors responded to the optional “Healing Methods” section on the EAS; 198 professional helpers responded to the identical optional section on the P-EAS. As you can see, a table on the poster lists all 53 healing methods included on the surveys. It also shows the percents of total responses to “much help” and “great help” which are placed in rank order for each group.
Z-Values show significant differences in effectiveness ratings by survivors and by therapists for 43% of the healing methods under study.
Rated by both groups as most effective is Individual Psychotherapy/Counseling.
Rated by both groups as least effective is Electroshock Therapy.
That electroshock is ranked as least effective is not surprising given that on the . . .
EAS 50% of adult survivors who responded to the related question reported memories of electroshock abuse.
P-EAS 67% of 218 professionals who responded to the related question have worked with at least one client who reported electroshock abuse.
C-EAS 50% of 84 child caregivers who responded to the related question have heard a child disclose electroshock abuse.

What do the numbers tell us? It looks like —
Therapists tend to favor stabilization techniques.
Survivors are more open to alternative ways to cope with indoctrinated belief systems including the use of formal deprogramming methods which my fellow presenters will be discussing this afternoon.
Here are some comments my co-researcher, Carol Rutz, made after looking at these results.
As a survivor and having gone to therapy for over ten years, I found that my time with the therapist was spent on the work, not telling him what was making me better. His spiritual beliefs were well known (not my own) so expounding on my own personal beliefs and the dynamic place they were having in my healing was not an issue. When you’re spending hard earned dollars every week or twice a month or whatever the case might be, you are interested in getting the most bang for your buck. In other words, get the work done while you’re there. What therapists reported are what they used and taught to their clients, so they are biased as to what helps. That is one reason why this is such an important study. If they really want to help, and I’m sure they do, they need to look at what survivors themselves said was the most effective. The therapy approach for them may not change in the least, but their openness to hearing about other avenues may help the client move more quickly through healing if they are acknowledged.

The following article is an entry that appeared on Wikipedia. Within the last 24 hours a major “edit war” broke out and it appeared, at least to me, that the information was being suppressed. The article goes into depth about a field of espionage that employs a technology known as “silent sound” or “Synthetic telepathy”. If you’re interested in high tech espionage, this makes for a very good read.
Synthetic telepathySynthetic telepathy also known as techlepathy or psychotronics) is a term used to describe the process in brain-computer interfaces by which human thought (as electromagnetic radiation) is intercepted, processed by computer and a return signal generated that is perceptible by the human brain. (ref 1,2,3,4)==History==
In 1967, Edmond M. Dewan published a paper in Nature demonstrating the control of Alpha waves, turning them on and off, to produce Morse code. (ref 5) Using an EEG machine, Dewan and his fellow researchers were able to send words and phrases by thought alone.In 1976, Robert G. Malech was awarded United States Patent 3951134 for remotely monitoring and altering brainwaves using radio.(ref 6) This patent makes reference to demodulating the waveform, displaying it to an operator for viewing and passing this to a computer for further analysis.
In 1988, Farwell, L.A. & Donchin, D. produced a paper describing a method of transmitting linguistic information using the P300 response system. (ref 7) This system combined matching observed information to what the subject was thinking of. In this case, being able to select a letter from the alphabet that the subject was thinking of. In theory, any input could be used and a lexicon constructed.
United States Patent 6,011,991, granted January 4, 2000, describes a method of monitoring an individual’s brain waves remotely, for the purposes of communication. Filed December 7, 1998, the patent outlines a system that monitors an individual’s brainwaves via a sensor, then transmits this, specifically by satellite, to a computer for analysis. This analysis would determine if the individual was attempting to communicate a “word, phrase, or thought corresponding to the matched stored normalized signal”.(ref 8)
==Theory==
Approaches to synthetic telepathy can be categorized into two major groups, passive and active. Like sonar, the receiver can take part or passively listen.
Passive reception is the ability to “read” a signal without first broadcasting a signal. This can be roughly equated to tuning into a radio station, the brain generates electromagnetic radiation which can be received at a distance. That distanced is determined by the sensitivity of the receiver, the filters used and the bandwidth required. Most universities would have limited budgets and receivers such as EEG (and similar devices) would be used. A related military technology is the surveillance system TEMPEST, the effective range of which is classified. (ref 9) Given that US Congress attempted to enact a bill in Oct 2001 banning these type of devices as “space weapons”, (ref 10) may indicate that fluctuations in the human magnetic field can be intercepted by satellite.
Robert G. Malech’s approach requires a modulated signal to be broadcast at the target. The method uses an active signal which is interfered with by the brain’s modulation. Thus, the return signal can be used to infer the original brainwave. This approach does expose the transmitter, but is ultimately required for generating return signals that can be processed by the brain.
The research of Farwell, L.A. & Donchin, D, is the first public revelation that could lead to a generic lexicon being developed, however, this is implied in the work of Robert G. Malech in 1976.
==Current research==
Current research, as of 2010, is being driven by military for “covert speech”, however, given that much of this is unclassified, it would suggest that the bulk of the research was performed much earlier and dedicated to the field of intelligence gathering during the cold war. Additional reports suggest that a version is deployed in combat zones to demoralize enemy troops and a smaller number of reports indicate a potential use to undermine governments and cause public unrest. (ref 11, 12)
Today, the driving force appears to be silent communication with battlefield troops. A mere $4 million was provided to DARPA for the fiscal year 2009/2010 to develop such a system called “Silent Talk”. (ref 13) Much of the research is being conducted at The Cognitive NeuroSystems Lab at UC Irvine. (ref 14)
A further $4 million was allocated by the Army to the University of California to investigate computer-mediated “synthetic telepathy”.(ref 15) The research aims to detect and analyze the word-specific neural signals, using EEG, which occur before speech is vocalized, and to see if the patterns are generalizable. (ref 16) The research is part of a wider $70 million project that began in 2000 which aims to develop hardware capable of adapting to the behavior of its user.(ref 17)
Quite apart from linguistic information, images have been extracted from the brain. Researchers at Japan’s ATR Computational Neuroscience Laboratories have been able to reconstruct images that a subject can currently see. The ultimate goal of the unclassified project is to view both retinal and imagined images in real-time, including dreams. (ref 18)
==Computer mediation==
Computer mediation falls into two basic categories, interpretative and interactive.
Interpretative mediation is the passive analysis of signals coming from the human brain. A computer “reads” the signal then compares that signal against a database of signals and their meanings. Using statistical analysis and repetition, false-positives are reduced over time.
Interactive mediation can be in a passive-active mode, or active-active mode. In this case, passive and active denote the method of reading and writing to the brain and whether or not they make use of a broadcast signal. Interactive mediation can also be performed manually or via artificial intelligence.
Manual interactive mediation involves a human operator producing return signals such as speech or images. A.I. mediation leverages the cognitive system of the subject to identify images, pre-speech, objects, sounds and other artifacts, rather than developing A.I. routines to perform such activities. A.I. based systems may incorporate natural language processing interfaces that produce sensations, mental impressions, humor and conversation to provide a mental picture of a computerized personality. Not only can this A.I hold a conversation via the internal monologue but it may also perform routing of information to and from specific groups or individuals. This provides a broad range of potential applications from acting as a communications system to conducting interrogations.
This latter form is currently being researched at UC Irvine for an unclassified US military project. (ref 19) Given the high value to espionage and counter-terrorism, it is likely that such a system is already deployed in a classified manner.
==Military uses==
In a military context, the first obvious uses is to both read and write information to the internal monologue. This provides two major areas of interest, the first being two-way communication for field agents and the second is the intelligence gathering and interrogation. A fundamental problem arises when using the system for communication purposes, in that, it is impossible to authenticate the source of the transmission. Synthetic telepathy has limited uses as a communication system unless direct-contact headset systems are used and supported by encrypted channels. As such, standard radios are more effective in combat situations. Synthetic telepathy also requires the thought stream to be processed which results in a minor lapse of attention, rather like a daydream, that could have deadly consequences on the battlefield.
With respect to intelligence gathering and interrogations, synthetic telepathy has a wide range of drawbacks and limitations. Contrary to popular belief, synthetic telepathy does not provide the ability to read a person’s mind or memories. What it does provide is the ability to read the internal monologue (or anything that causes electrical change/radiation) and the trick is to get the subject to “voice” their memories and cross-reference that with their emotional state. In other words, basic psychological manipulation is a key factor and makes the technology not much more reliable than a standard lie-detector test. In practice, passive monitoring of the internal monologue over a long time period (months-years) is probably the most effective method of intelligence gathering.
The capability to put a person into a state of hypnosis is often touted by conspiracy theorists. In actual fact, the suggestive capabilities of synthetic telepathy use a different mechanism, basic impulses and sensations. This is merely a different form of writing to the brain. To formulate thought, the brain has a pipeline through which information is processed. (ref 20) At its most basic, impulses guide human behavior and manipulation of these impulses provides a strategic advantage in both combat and political situations. By altering the motivational factors of a target subject or group, it makes it easier to guide their higher level decision making processes.
Crowd or riot control can be achieved by generating impulses that are essentially common to all humans, resulting in the dispersion of crowds or a willingness to co-operate with authorities. This type of synthetic telepathy is arguably a political tool as it suppresses dissent. (ref 21)
Amnesia (retrograde and anterograde) can be induced as any active signal is essentially interferring with normal operations of the brain. Thus, transfer from shortterm to longterm memory can be inhibited. (ref 22) Vision and auditory systems could also be compromised, as with any neural processing system, corruption of the inputs would result in halucinations, much like the effects of LSD. With a proper interface to such regions, events such as “alien abductions” or “seeing God” could be faked quite readily and “mental illness” used as a cover for the extraction of information. (ref 23, 24, 25)
==Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS/S-Quad)==
ITV News Service, in March 1991, produced a report of ultrasound piggybacked on a commercial radio broadcast (100Mhz) aimed at entraining the brains of Iraqi troops and creating feelings of despair. (ref 26) This has been related to United States Patent 5,159,703 awarded to Oliver M. Lowery which refers to a “silent communications system in which nonaural carriers, in the very low or very high audio frequency range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum, are amplitude or frequency modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones or piezoelectric transducers.”(ref 27)
Human hearing is roughly in the range of 20Hz-20,000Hz (20 kHz), although a human adult will lose the ability to hear the higher ranges as they grow older. In addition, most cheap radios have a limited frequency response range (ref 28) that will be unable to reproduce silent sound as encoded originally making it ineffective.
As such, an alternative explanation for the effectiveness of S-Quad is provided in human biology:
1. Cells amplifying radio signals at certain frequencies.
2. Cells can demodulate voice on a basic carrier wave.
This is not as strange as it seems, it has been noted for a long time that fillings, or dental braces, can result in radio stations being heard in the mouth of an individual. (ref 29)
==Mind control==
Conspiracy theory and popular science fiction would have the world believe that the human mind can be remotely controlled. That individuals can be turned into mindless automatons and directly controlled by computers to produce sleepers or assassins. (ref 30) The reality is much less clear.
Interfacing remotely to write to the brain is performed using electrical interference rather like crosstalk (electronics). (ref 31) Much like a drill next to a television, the interference pattern is processed by the brain as information, a variant which induces sensations and feelings is known as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. (ref 32) As such, an externally generated monologue will be weaker than the internal monologue of the target subject due to a lesser signal strength. An over-powering signal would interrupt a wide range of neural functions that could impact critical autonomic systems resulting in death.
Two possible methods exist that could result in an individual killing another through the use of synthetic telepathy. The first is to leverage the natural behavior of the target subject, that is, use an individual who would kill another. The second is to induce psychotic symptoms and diminish their mental control (ref 33, 34) In both cases, the underlying mechanics are the same, to provide impulses and sensations that urge the individual to commit murder. This is not hypnosis, but merely physiological manipulation without the knowledge of the target.
Another area of interest and arguably more feasible, is the manipulation of political figures. (ref 35)Thoughts, sensations and impulses can be combined to influence political and personal decision making processes. A similar process can be used to effect the population at large to drive agendas or to maintain power for certain groups, undermining free will and self-expression. (ref 36) As the technology matures and expands to regimes throughout the globe, this will be a major source of concern for governments world-wide.
Finally, we come to the area of interrogations which can be conducted remotely whilst an individual or groups is conducting their normal daily business. The internet is saturated with such reports (ref 37) and as a possible side-effect is psychosis, it is quite likely that at least some of them are accurate.
==In law==
The term “psychotronic”, short for psycho-electronic ( ref 38) was used in the proposed Bill H.R. 2977 Space Preservation Act of 2001, which listed “psychotronic” as a list of possible spaceborne weapons which would be banned by the Act (ref 39)
In 2001, President Vladimir V. Putin signed into law a bill making it illegal to employ “electromagnetic, infrasound … radiators” and other weapons of “psychotronic influence” with intent to cause harm.
As a completely unnatural event, it is arguable that this type of technology when employed in interrogations would be classified as “cruel or unusual”. Further to this, A.I. mediated events such as mock executions or death threats would also violate the Geneva convention, International law and laws of most nations in the developed world. Counter-claims focusing on National Security would be invalid as criminal activity is, in itself, a gross violation of National Security

==In the media==
60 Minutes correspondent Lesley Stahl interviewed Tom Mitchell of Carnegie Mellon University on his work in “Thought Identification” using fMRI. (ref 40) The segment, published Jan. 4, 2009 and available on the CBS website, shows associate producer Meghan Frank having his thoughts identified by computer. (ref 41) The segment shows that a generalizable pattern exists in the human brain that can be used to identify thoughts without training a computer for each individual with 100% accuracy.

Thank you for posting my first public disclosure that I am a modified human being. As a person living as a survivor of the MK Ultra Monarch program I feel very lucky to have Project Camelot as a resource to release information. I’ve always thought it IRONIC that the first program for societal engineering was called PROJECT CAMELOT. You know, MONARCHS always come home.
For you and your readers, I am TRANSHUMAN BEING. I am 100% human. I just have expanded consciousness. I remember who I am through the sands of time.
HUMANS have average intelligence but VERY limited consciousness about themselves. The power of intention is elemental. Our Chakra system limits us to life on Earth and separates the memories of who we are into “categories” of concepts. The goal of MK Ultra was to create a container that could hold intelligence levels in the 200 to 800 IQ range in compartmentalized containers.
That is what the Anunnaki ancestors had available in thought power. That is why you can see plug holes in my photographs. They were bending brain tissue into folds for more IQ power and access to off- world data through satellite telemetry.
It also increases telepathic abilities in human beings. This is one of the ways the Annunaki of past lives sent consciousness out through satellite rocketry and stellar telemetry. Consciousness is contained within the vibrational rates of the elements. This is particle physics. Vibrational rates do matter.
SATELLITE: LOVE
I was also trained on compartmentalized data actually stored on targeted cells and bone tissue to receive and emit certain types of activation and response rays. These were emitted from the Voyager and Titan satellites. Both recently retired. My brain waves were decoupled from the satellites as Voyager left the solar system. It was a very strange sensation in my consciousness has VOYAGER hit deep space. I will always have a spiritual connection in that satellite. The craft contained elements which hold consciousness. It also held a projector.
During the 1960’s and 70’s it was thought that targeting an individual for assassination was better than targeting a civilian population. They would send a practice beam at me during testing. I would locate the pain and they would draw a BULLS EYE to show the satellites accuracy. I did have burns and catch my hair on fire during testing. Burn healing was part of my hypnosis training. It actually helped reduce pain and speed healing significantly. Thank goodness because in concentrated forms the rays can be very painful.

Monarch 47: Altered Human Brain
I discovered research that supported the fact that certain crystals in ANY HUMAN ear can be made to vibrate with resonance when stimulated. When I hear tones in my left and right ears I always suspect I am being targeted by satellite rays. The tones usually last for a few minutes or hours not days. I receive information at different frequencies into either my subconscious for dreaming or directly to consciousness for ideas.
Your heart has these crystals too and they can resonate back and break causing instant death. I believe this has contributed to permanent changes in the genetic code and is a resonance weapon. DNA was ILLUMINATI coded in the BOOK of DANIEL. ILLUMINATI CODE: DANIEL (I EL DAN) (I EL DNA) (EIL DNA). Now final code: DNA LIE missing V or LIVE. In Illuminati code it means that the emotions (VENUS) like love are deleted from the code. I believe this is the root of autism.
We can’t feel our mother earth because the original genetics were broken from LUCY and we lost our butterfly DNA. Our natural antennae or psychic ability for detecting natural red sunlight was deleted. Instead it was used by navigational satellites for people tracking. Our higher frequencies were eventually lost by nuclear open air testing and weapons release.
Our world government decided to try a repair with radio waves and blue aluminum. Big industry agreed to sell their waste aluminum for aerosol purposes to reflect the Sun rays so Earth did not burn up in 1950. They knew they had borrowed time. They asked the original ancestors to return and solve the problem so they made containers. That’s how I got made with super consciousness to analyze.
THE ANNUNAKI
In the nuclear testing age, the militaries (reptilians and raptors) ripped the space time continuum so no souls could escape. They wanted to allow incoming visitors and filter outgoing energies. To do this they created vast antennae arrays. Eventually they named them HAARP. This is because the ANGELS (children) can be stimulated by the HAARP arrays. Data could be collected on the ANGELS and they could be used for covert human testing, especially with Nano machines and vaccine weapons.

The first ILLUMINATI CODE that I unpacked in memory compartments was this: EVIL = LIVE. That means that HUMANITY needs to FIGHT EVIL to LIVE! The code also recognizes the dual nature of life as good and evil mixed together at times. The question is how to define normal behavior. After WWII, these issues were front and center in society.
In my case, I was the SPRING Goddess ISIS and I was chosen at only 16 months old to be sacrificed. The babies and the children who are raped are the connection or bond from Heaven to Earth. The inter-dimensional beings have been here observing this preplanned DOOMSDAY events. They are able to transgress between third, fourth and fifth dimensions using small portals they create. Others like the very intelligent large human ancestors remain here in safe NATURAL shelters. These species are generally not aggressive until provoked but they are wise.

The rumors I have heard through the INTERNET were of aliens who were shot down at ROSWELL by the ground based radar system of 1947. The captured ALIENS were a group. The two that died immediately incarnated as humans by transferring consciousness. They walk among you today in high positions and carry the AGENDA for CHANGE in the INVISIBLE LIGHT and SOUND RANGE.
A SMALLER BACK STORY
The other two were ancient ancestors. They were YOUNG ALIENS and considered themselves LOVE GODS and GODDESSES. According to what my Scottish Eastern Star grandmother said this is where the lore of fairies came from. They were new age kids that flew like butterflies and dragonflies. These life forms were gifts from the Universe. They were too beautiful and had to hide themselves in the bushes.
In my grandmothers’ fable, the older gods began to hunt the pair, their offspring. Each one was separated and lured by love or money. Now it is obvious why immigration had to be done. This was a sacrifice of blood and DNA (DAN) to the ancient ancestors of the Mayans and Aztecs. DINOSAUR ENERGY STAYS IN OLD WAYS
These rays from COSMOS are being replaced with many other unhealthy wavelengths. The rays on Earth are being replaced with artificial wavelengths that stimulate the ancient DNA from Dinosaurs.
Even the harmonics of music have been changed to a different frequency. This is to vibrate the whole Earth in a technological way to accept the incoming race of GRAY beings. It appears that the PACIFIC is the sacrifice to the gods. The great mammals and other species in those waters and lands will be moving to higher dimensions through death.
FREE WILL IS GONE
These are the END TIMES. The military psychologists directly violated my personal consciousness. This is the worst mental assault on a child I can describe and violates FREE WILL.
